Yes. Small group classes are offered throughout the school year and summer. Groups are intentionally kept small to maximize participation, individualized support, and student growth.
Every student begins with an assessment of their current skills, learning style, and academic goals. Lessons are then tailored to address specific gaps, strengthen understanding, build confidence, and help students succeed in their current coursework.

We also offer online tutoring for students throughout Washington and across the nation.
Unlike many large tutoring centers that rely on standardized programs, repetitive worksheets, and one-size-fits-all instruction, Kirkland Math Tutor provides highly personalized learning led directly by a Washington State–certified math educator with over 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience.
Every student receives individualized support based on their unique strengths, challenges, learning style, and academic goals. Rather than simply assigning practice problems, we identify foundational gaps, teach underlying concepts, and develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills students need to become independent learners.
Students also have access to optional supplemental practice, customized homework, and additional learning resources to reinforce concepts between sessions. Our goal extends beyond improving grades. We help students build confidence, develop a deeper understanding of mathematics, and achieve long-term academic success.
Getting started is easy. Fill out the contact form to schedule an initial complimentary consultation. We'll discuss your student's needs, goals, and recommend the best tutoring option.

Yes. We offer summer review, enrichment, and SAT preparation programs designed to help students strengthen skills, prevent summer learning loss, and get ahead for the upcoming school year.
Every student is different, but most families notice improvements in confidence, homework completion, and mathematical understanding within the first few weeks of tutoring. Grade improvements typically become visible within one grading period (4–8 weeks), depending on the student's starting point, attendance, and willingness to practice between sessions.
Our goal is not only to improve grades but also to strengthen foundational skills, develop problem-solving abilities, and build lasting confidence in math. Students who attend regularly and actively engage in the learning process often see the greatest long-term success.
